Welcome to an in person - ongoing support group specific for moms grieving their moms.
I invite you to a warm and understanding space where shared experiences foster deep connections.
By being with people who get it- participants feels supported and truly understood. I have witnessed so many moments of tenderness and care for one another.
There is no timeline in grief because the love remains. We can't change what has happened and our lives do continue. But we can shift our relationship to our grief.
Grief can feel lonely with a rollercoaster of emotions- especially while trying to parent! . We will explore your experiences with grief through heartfelt discussions, guided movement, meditations, and journaling reflections.
Intentionally dedicated time to process and heal your story connected to grief is courageous and one of the most loving practices you can give - to honoring your loved one and your healing.
Together, We will navigate the challenges of grief , embracing the healing and finding solace in community.
Please join me in this transformative journey of support, understanding and renewal.
By committing to 2 sessions a month you are devoting time to move through your grief in a supportive nurturing way. You can choose month to month.
We will meet in person at:
26 Sherman Court in Fairfield (entrance is in the back). Please bring a journal, a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel cozy!

Each 90 minute session you will receive: time to connect through sharing, information about the chakras, journaling, yoga, and a reiki healing.
Connect:
To give yourself permission to take time for yourself in community with others.
Explore:
To learn about the chakras and gain awareness of how they relate to your life.
Move:
To be guided through yoga as a way to move through where you may be feeling “stuck” SO you can create space for possibility and peace.
Heal:
To allow for rest and healing to integrate.
This is for you if:
Maybe you are already super familiar with chakras. And/Or …what the heck is a chakra anyway? This will be a safe space to pause and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and others. Awareness of the chakras can become a guide to support you as you navigate what is showing up in life.
