Balancing energy to create optimal health and peace

I chose to pursue the Reiki Master certification because of the profound benefits I experienced as the receiver. At first, I was unsure because energy work seemed so vague and not tangible. Each time I received reiki energy healing I felt more peaceful, calm and less anxious. There really was something blissful and magical about receiving Reiki. I became aware of how emotions were energetically stuck in my body and felt release and shifts. Energy work also began to deepen my spiritual practice and explore faith in new ways.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life-Force Energy.” It is a non-invasive technique that supports individuals on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level by balancing energy throughout the body and promoting healing.

During a Reiki session, the client reclines on a massage table and the Reiki practitioner places her hands on, or a few inches above, the body.  The Reiki practitioner then attunes the client in a therapeutic, relaxing and serene process. Remote Reiki also carries the same benefits; you can receive from anywhere.

The client’s comfort is of utmost importance; if preferred, Reiki can be performed in a seated position and/or without any physical contact.

The Benefits of Reiki

Reiki has the potential to help everyone feel better. It can relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. Reiki energy provides a space to work through past experiences where people are often feeling “stuck.” Furthermore, Reiki creates space for enhanced self-awareness, openness and connection.

Many of Beth’s clients have shared that Reiki helps recovery from illness, improves sleep, better manage challenging emotions and provides a sense of balance during times of transition. Others have used Reiki to unlock creativity, build confidence, and spur motivation.

Reiki may be used in conjunction with all other types of medical and homeopathic healing modalities to get you to your healthiest point.
